7.2/10

The hotel offers spacious rooms that accommodate both my kids and granddaughters; however, there were issues with cleanliness, such as peeling wallpaper, cobwebs, and dirt in various areas. The service was outstanding with friendly and accommodating staff beyond expectations. The location was convenient for visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but had some dark hallways. The dining experience was good but lacked options for diabetics, featuring delicious omelets daily. Facilities were satisfactory.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quite, but they had a smokey smell and the linens were not in the best condition. The service was friendly and welcoming, but sometimes hard to understand due to accents. The location was great for sightseeing and had convenient amenities, but there were some letdowns with the dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and friendly place to stay, but with room for improvement.

8.4/10

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with separate living rooms and darkening blinds, making it a cozy experience. The service was exceptional, with the friendly and attentive staff going above and beyond, especially Ed who helped us out of a tricky situation with the safe. The location was perfect, centrally situated for easy access to attractions and scenic walks along the river. The dining experience was convenient, though a bit repetitive with the sausage-heavy breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money with top-notch facilities like the welcoming pool area.

Location

The hotel's location on a backroad in Pigeon Forge was great for exploring the touristy area and accessing secondary streets to avoid traffic, offering both convenience and tranquility.
Dining

The dining was convenient, with the housekeeper providing excellent service, though some variety in breakfast options like including bacon would have been appreciated.
